Remote assistance contracts
Remote assistance works with a 4G router fitted to compatible Bucher Vaslin equipment.
It enables members of the technical platform to connect to the equipment with a screen view, subject to prior agreement with the customer.
The technician can then observe the process and fault history of the device to define the causes and consequences of any malfunction. In some cases, it is possible to remotely troubleshoot the equipment or to dispatch a field technician directly with the part and the reason for the repair for greater efficiency.
Remote connection is only possible with written authorization.
