For the year 2024, Bucher Vaslin achieved a score of 64/100.

This assessment highlights two major trends:

  • Many indicators cannot be calculated due to headcount thresholds not being met, in accordance with the requirements of the decree.
  • When the indicators can be calculated, the pay gaps favour women, with the exception of the fifth indicator.
