Berries are selected according to a maturity gradient
The Delta Vistalys Ruby ensures precise sorting of undesirable elements from the harvest based on colour criteria. Thanks to a non-destructive scan, it can also distinguish between fresh fruit berries and ripe fruit berries. It thus makes it possible to reject the most immature berries or those from overripe fruit, which are otherwise indistinguishable to the naked eye.
This breakthrough technology enables the Vistalys Ruby to go beyond the limits of traditional sorting by distinguishing the indistinguishable. It paves the way for an unprecedented level of sorting and even harvest selection.

100% of the berries are tested
The touch screen offers a simple interface on which the operator can intuitively select fresh and ripe fruit. The graphic representation of the ripeness of the berries during the selection process provides an overall view for total control of the harvest batch.
Complete washing system
The front and rear hoods can be lifted 90° for easy cleaning. A thorough rinsing system, including removable built-in brushes, has been designed to meet all your needs.
