Guaranteed efficiency

Delta Évolution destemmers feature three variable speed ratios between the cage and the shaft, enabling precise adaptation to all grape varieties and flow rates. Electronic
speed adjustment ensures controlled destemming, significantly improving the quality of the final product.

Configurable with different types of cages and destemming shafts, they incorporate a patented design particularly suited to delicate grape varieties such as Pinot Noir, guaranteeing excellent berry preservation and reliable juice production. The destemmer can also be fitted with an integrated crusher.

Safety guaranteed

To ensure user safety, the scraper blade stops when the side covers are operated.

Easy maintenance

Mechanical maintenance and servicing of Delta Évolution destemmers are reduced. Easy access to the cage simplifies cleaning and ensures a high level of hygiene.
