Delta Evolution destemmers offer the highest quality berry processing, when they are in fragile harvesting configuration. They preserve grapes during destemming. Depending on the configuration, the number of berries burst for Pinot noir goes from 75% to 25%. This level of efficiency applies to Pinot blanc, Syrah, Cabernet, Gamay or even Riesling. A crusher can be integrated directly onto it.
