The Delta RFlow sorting table combines distribution, a studded belt conveyor and an air blade to ensure high-flow rate automated sorting. The upstream vibrating table ensures distribution and drainage of the harvest.
The high-speed studded belt conveyor delivers the grapes as a single layer under ideal sorting conditions, while ensuring excellent berry stability. The air blade deflects all
undesirable elements (leaves, stalks, petioles, seeds, dried grapes, damaged berries, etc.) from their path without compromising the integrity of the good grapes.
All rejects are then centralised at the discharge screw for continuous, automated operation.
