Versatility

For wine dealcoholisation, Lexy X-Low uses a patented Vacuum Vortex process, offering great flexibility of use. This technology makes it possible to adjust the alcohol content of wines from 0.5 to several degrees, while preserving the wine’s natural aromas. 

The X-Low 1 is designed to process batches of 0.5 to 1 litre. 

Improving the final product

The balance of a wine guarantees optimum aromas and flavours. The alcohol level can be adjusted after harvest, improving the natural acidity and providing a more balanced taste. The method uses a vacuum process at a maximum temperature of 30°C, preserving the wine’s natural qualities.

Efficiency

Lexy X-Low treats unfiltered musts and wines at various stages to reduce alcohol or concentrate the must. Volume losses are minimised thanks to efficient rectification and aroma recovery (optional extra). Agricultural alcohol can be recovered in accordance with local regulations.
