New from Bucher Vaslin: Lyna Pervélys, the ideal equipment for managing dissolved gases
This new Lyna Pervélys equipment, which uses the principle of membrane switches, adjusts the dissolved carbon dioxide in wines with precision and in real time, while reducing the level of oxygen. Lyna Pervélys, with its patented process, allows unrivalled measurement and control of the management of dissolved gases for better wine conservation and quality.
Lyna Pervélys facilitates the production of pearl or sparkling wine with very fine bubbles without any froth formation.
Depending on requirements, Lyna Pervélys can be adapted to the customer’s installation and can be used upstream or integrated into the filtration process before bottling. It can also be integrated from tank to tank.
The touch screen allows for easy control and the display of the continuous measurement of CO2 and oxygen. Its embedded web server guarantees complete data traceability.
The Lyna Pervélys range is composed of 4 standard models that can be adjusted to the capacities of bottling lines.
Below, by way of example, are the maximum litres/h flow rates and maximum bottles/h capacities according to the models for still wines:
- Lyna Pervélys 50: 4 000 l/h – 5 000 btls/h
