In collaboration with Inter Rhône (a joint-trade organization for wines from the Rhône Valley appellation), Bucher Vaslin has designed a process that enables to reduce the volatile phenols content in wines.
* Attention : The wine treatment is not authorized in all countries and regions.
The treatment enables to reduce volatile phenols under the sensory threshold whatever is the initial level of contamination.
