Delta PMV / PM pumps

Efficiency guaranteed

PMV and PM pumps ensure minimal crushing of the harvest. They have geared motors and a high-quality, FDA certified, rotor and stator assembly developed specifically by Bucher Vaslin.

Fitted with variable speed drives, they can be equipped with two level detectors for continuous operation.

User safety

PMV pumps come fitted with a safety grille as standard, ensuring safe operation from the moment they are installed. Depending on the on-site configuration, specifically adapted intermediate safety grilles are required to ensure optimum protection. All these devices, whether standard or intermediate, are secured with padlocks and safety keys, ensuring complete control over access.

Each intermediate grille is designed to work with specific equipment positioned above the hopper. They are therefore not freely interchangeable, in order to guarantee the consistency and effectiveness of the safety system. In this context, the use of the PMV pump with an intermediate grille without associated equipment above it is strictly prohibited.

In all cases, the use of the PMV pump is strictly prohibited if safety conditions are not met. Similarly, any modification, disabling or tampering with safety devices (sensors, keys, cables, grilles) is strictly prohibited, in order to safeguard the safety of users and equipment.
