The specific feature of the Vistalys process is based on technological choices opted for by Bucher Vaslin to use a precise and fully automatic optical sorting system specially
developed and adapted for grape harvests.
The Delta Vistalys table allows the sorting level to be defined by adjusting the colour and shape settings of the objects. It therefore provides control over destemmed grapes, whether machine-harvested or hand-picked.
It offers high productivity, reaching up to 10 t/h. The machine’s connection (optional) allows remote control via the Hotline.
